We have adopted a No Smoking policy within all our apartments in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Apartment styles

Brontë

We have four ground floor, wheelchair friendly, one bedroom apartments in the Brontë style: Emily, Anne, Charlotte and Branwell.

These high quality excellently appointed twin-bedded self-catering ground floor apartments have south facing external patios and furniture.  Prices are based on two people but each apartment has a bed settee which, together with an additional camp bed, can increase the sleeping capacity to four persons for a small supplementary charge.  All comprise Lounge / kitchen / diner, breakfast bar, shower room with WC, handbasin and heated towel rail, bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobe and a separate storage cupboard.  A cot is available at no extra charge.

Pennine

We have two apartments in this style, Scarborough and Thornton.  Both have ground floor porch entrances and west-facing external patios, with furniture, overlooking the moors.  Internally, these apartments have two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds.  A bed settee enables sleeping capacity to be increased to five persons at a small nominal extra charge.  A cot can be provided at no extra charge.  Pennine style apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area, bathroom with bath/shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Moorlands

We have eight apartments in the Moorlands style, four first floor units and four ground floor units.  The first floor apartments are Shirley and Brunty, being 'family-style' with each having a single bedroom with double bed and a single bed, and Villette and Professor, each have a twin-bedded bedroom.  Shirley also has a bed settee which allows the sleeping capacity to be increased to four persons.  Ground floor apartments Wildfell Hall and Agnes Grey both have a twin-bedded bedroom while Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights each have a double bed in the bedroom.  All apartments have fully equipped kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom with bath, shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rails.

Withins

We have six apartments in the Withins style, three first floor units and three ground floor units, offering a choice of double bedroom and single bedroom units. All are restricted to a maximum occupancy of three persons.  The first floor apartments each have two bedrooms, are fully carpeted and are for use only by guests with no pets.  Marsh and Grouse each have twin beds in one bedroom and a single bed in the other.  Heather has a double bed in one bedroom with a single bed in the other.  The ground floor apartments, Pendle, Dales and Ponden are wood/tiled throughout and are available for guests with pets.  All are single bedroom units each with three single beds.  All apartments have fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge and bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
